Due to the unique nature of our curated vintage collection, AMORE Vintage Tokyo maintains a strict return policy to ensure the authenticity and integrity of our luxury items. We accept returns only for items that significantly differ from their description or have undisclosed defects, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer support team at info@amorevintagejapan.com within 72 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and detailed photos of the item.

  Verification and Approval

  Our appraisal team will review your request against the original listing and authentication records to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original AMORE packaging, ensuring all security tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 4.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the item back to our Tokyo boutique using a trackable, insured courier service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
